Sep 20 - DAY 1: DEPARTURE FROM MUSCAT, OMAN TO KILIMANJARO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, TANZANIA

Your adventure begins with an early morning departure from Muscat, Oman. You'll board a flight to Kilimanjaro International Airport in Tanzania. Upon arrival in Tanzania, our team will greet you at the airport and arrange your transfer to Chanya Lodge, where you will spend the next two nights.

Sep 21 - DAY 2: MOSHI - CHANYA LODGE (ACCLIMATIZATION AND BRIEFING)

This morning, you'll awaken to the breathtaking view of Kilimanjaro. Following a delightful breakfast, your guides will convene at the lodge to review the itinerary. After the briefing, you'll embark on an excursion to the heart of Moshi, offering you a captivating glimpse into the vibrant life of a charming Tanzanian town.

Sep 22 - DAY 3: MACHAME GATE TO MACHAME CAMP (9,840 FEET / 3,000 METERS)

Today marks the official start of your Kilimanjaro ascent. Following an early breakfast, you'll be transported to the Machame Gate, the entry point for the Machame Route. Your journey begins with a trek through lush rainforests, providing opportunities to spot Tanzania's diverse flora and fauna. Your first night on the mountain will be spent at Machame Camp, situated at an elevation of 9,840 feet (3,000 meters).

Sep 23 - DAY 4: MACHAME CAMP TO SHIRA CAMP (12,600 FEET / 3,840 METERS)

As the sun rises, you'll continue your ascent through the rainforest, transitioning into the heather moorland zone. The trail leads to Shira Camp, perched at an elevation of 12,600 feet (3,840 meters). Along the way, you'll enjoy breathtaking views of the Shira Plateau and Mount Meru.

Sep 24 - DAY 5: SHIRA CAMP TO BARRANCO CAMP (12,950 FEET / 3,950 METERS) VIA LAVA TOWER

Today's hike presents a challenging yet exhilarating climb to the Lava Tower, reaching an altitude of 15,190 feet (4,630 meters). This portion of the trek aids in acclimatization. Afterward, you'll descend to Barranco Camp, located at 12,950 feet (3,950 meters). The Barranco Valley's unique landscape offers fantastic photo opportunities.

Sep 25 - DAY 6: BARRANCO CAMP TO KARANGA CAMP (13,100 FEET / 4,000 METERS)

Your day begins with an exciting ascent of the Barranco Wall, a highlight of the Machame Route. Once at the top, you'll be rewarded with stunning view of Mount Kilimanjaro's glaciers. The trail then leads to Karanga Camp, situated at 13,100 feet (4,000 meters). This intermediate stop aids acclimatization and prepares you for the final push to the summit.

Sep 26 - DAY 7: KARANGA CAMP TO BARAFU CAMP (15,330 FEET / 4,670 METERS)

Your trek continues to Barafu Camp, located at 15,330 feet (4,670 meters). This camp serves as your base for the summit attempt. The day's hike provides a breathtaking transition from alpine desert to a lunar landscape as you approach the high-altitude zone.

Sep 27 - DAY 8: SUMMIT ATTEMPT - UHURU PEAK (19,341 FEET / 5,895 METERS) AND MWEKA CAMP (10,065 FEET / 3,068 METERS)

Today is the culmination of your journey! Rise in the early hours for your summit attempt, heading toward Uhuru Peak, the highest point on Kilimanjaro, at 19,341 feet (5,895 meters) above sea level. Witness a mesmerizing sunrise over the African continent as you ascend. Reaching the summit is a monumental achievement, and you'll have time to celebrate before descending to Mweka Camp, situated at 10,065 feet (3,068 meters), where you'll spend the night.

Sep 28 - DAY 9: MWEKA CAMP TO MWEKA GATE AND TRANSFER TO MOSHI

Descend from Mweka Camp through lush rainforests to Mweka Gate, where you'll receive your Kilimanjaro summit certificate. Your exhilarating climb is complete! From here, you'll be driven back to Moshi for a well-deserved celebration and relaxation at Chanya Lodge.

Sep 29 - DAY 10: TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK SAFARI

With your safari guide accompanying you, the journey into Tarangire National Park begins. The Tanzanian landscapes unfold as you venture deeper into the wilderness.

Guided by your experienced safari expert, you'll encounter Tarangire's famed elephant herds, graceful giraffes, stealthy big cats, and an array of birdlife.

As the sun dips below the horizon, you return to your lodge for a memorable evening, sharing stories and savoring the sounds of the African night. Tomorrow promises more wildlife wonders in Tarangire.
